SV NATIONAL HONOR RAISES FUNDS FOR ST. JUDE HOSPITAL
Two members of the Shenandoah Valley Chapter of the National Honor Society held a fundraiser over the Christmas season to raise money for some worthwhile charity. After some deliberation they decided that the money raised would be donated to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The two girls who coordinated the project were seniors Jacqueline Buchanan and Faith Gottshall. By way of a Volleyball Tournament and a school dress down day the students raised $400 which they mailed to St. Jude’s.
